Patient and community advisory council (PCAC)

Our PCAC is comprised of past patients, families, healthcare providers and community members who are interested in discussing how to make our hospital the best place for you to receive the highest level quality of care. The PCAC focuses on improving the care experiences by developing solutions to challenges you and your visitors may face.

The council meets to exchange ideas on how we can be the premier healthcare destination for all we serve. We aim to provide feedback on how our healthcare providers can:

  • Advocate for the well-being of individuals in the community
  • Better channel information and concerns to hospital leadership and offer effective solutions
  • Develop a culture of quality and trust
  • Effectively communicate new innovations and services
  • Empower and educate patients and the community
  • Foster meaningful partnerships
  • Improve quality of care
  • Offer a positive experience
  • Provide emotional support

The PCAC meets the last Thursday of every month. For more information, please contact us at (951) 788-3547 or Cherie.Russell@HCAhealthcare.com.
