All requirements must be completed by the application deadline, the first Friday in January, and should be submitted via the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS™).

Prospective residents are required to submit:
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- Letter of intent
- Official college of pharmacy transcript
- Three letters of recommendation
Residency candidate requirements
- U.S. Citizenship/permanent resident status
- Graduate of an ACPE Accredited College of Pharmacy or have a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) certificate from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP)
- Eligibility for CA licensure
