La familia Ramírez

Around the holidays, we received a touching note via Facebook Messenger from a former patient. It read:

Hola. Hace siete meses tuve a mi bebé en Riverside Community Hospital. Primero que nada la atención fue excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable, pero lamentablemente mi bebé tuvo que ir a la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales. Todo el personal aquí también fue muy amable. ¡Nos hicieron sentir como en casa y siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nuestro bebé!

Este mensaje es para agradecer a todo el personal que nos ayudó durante este tiempo. Especialmente el Dr. Lavery y las enfermeras que llevamos en el corazón. Olvidaremos toda tu atención y amor. Quedamos gratamente sorprendidos por el trato y el ambiente cálido que todos crearon para nosotros y nuestro bebé.

Sally y Antonio sois unos ángeles y gracias por el enorme corazón que tenéis ambos. Nunca olvidaremos que cuando el mundo se nos caía encima, tú nos salvaste.

Hello. Seven months ago, I had my baby at Riverside Community Hospital. First of all, the care was excellent. All the staff were very friendly, but unfortunately, my baby had to go to the neonatal intensive care unit. All the staff here were also all very kind. They made us feel at home and were always on the lookout for our baby!

This message is to say thank you all the staff who were helping us through this time. Especially Dr. Lavery and the nurses we carry in our hearts. We will forget all your attention and love. We were happily surprised by the treatment and the warm atmosphere everyone created for us and our baby.

Sally and Antonio, you are angels and thank you for the enormous heart you both have. We will never forget that when the world was falling on us, you saved us.
